Old Romney Mini Woodland Planting

Fantastic Mini-Woodland planted in Old Romney.

This will be a great home for many species of birds, small mammals and invertebrates. The Fifth Continent has planted 450 native trees including Hawthorn, Blackthorn, Purging Buckthorn, Hazel, Dog Rose, Elder, which will provide valuable food and breeding places for local wildlife. This project has been possible due to a generous landowner and financial support from Heritage Lottery Fund and a small grant from the Alpkit Foundation.
